[Bug 390582] [NEW] firefox crashes after update

Binary package hint: firefox

i updated my system like two days ago there was a problem with xulrunner
thing update so i skipped it now when i tried to open firefox it
indicated a problem with xulrunner also the package manager indicated 2
broken packages (firefox , xul runner) so i removed firefox and tried to
reinstall it and i just get that error whenever i try to install it or
fix it:

E: /var/cache/apt/archives/firefox-3.0-branding_3.0.11+build2+nobinonly-
0ubuntu0.9.04.1_i386.deb: subprocess dpkg-deb --control returned error
exit status 2
