Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mozilla-firefox

The upgrade did not work at the first time. After I used 'dpkg
--configure -a' to restore it firefox stopped working. When I run it I
get a small popup with the following text in red inside:

<menupopup id="backForwardMenu"----^

and when firefox never starts. Before upgrade I downloaded and ran
firefox-3.5 on a local drive, so I don't know if it might have corrupted
any files but I also tried removing .mozilla directory but still no
luck.

This is my system information:
$ lsb_release -rd
