[Bug 385569] [NEW] doesn't give the "Save & Quit" option

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

If multiple instances of firefox are running, then it doesn't give the
"save & quit" option, until to come down to the last instance. Therefore
we won't be able to save the open tabs links for all the other instances
other then the last instance.
