[Bug 384311] [NEW] Flash plugin stalled and did not complete install

Binary package hint: flashplugin-nonfree

When I did upgrade from Xubuntu 8.10 to 9.04 the installation of Flash
stalled after 7% and did not continuo. I had to do a Ctrl + c to end the
Flash installation who did a rollback.
