[Bug 383572] [NEW] Bookmarks - Add Bookmark

by checking of Synaptic.

 When I click on "Bookmarks" on the menu-bar I expect
the list of bookmarks opening, with in first position 
"Add Page into the Bookmark" but sometime when
I ckick on "Bookmarks" (I think the name, I read "Segnalibri", in italian)
it open, the first time, the window-option "Add bookmark" (I read "Aggiungi Segnalibro").
If I I click "Cancel" (Annulla) then the second time that I open "Bookmarks"
I can open the list selection bookmarks.
