I have update manager set to alert me of all updates and install them as
soon as they are made available.

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.0.10) Gecko/2009042513
Ubuntu/8.04 (hardy) Firefox/3.0.10

Firefox continues to randomly crash on some pages with Flash content.
After restarting Firefox and reloading page, Flash usually plays with
out a crash.
