[Bug 404955] [NEW] Search and URL box heights off-by-one

Binary package hint: firefox

The URL and Search text boxes are next to each other at the top of the
toolbar in the default Firefox layout:

However, the URL box is 37 pixels high and the search box is only 36
pixels high:

Ideally, for consistency the two input boxes should be made the same
height.
