We can not put the file in any repo. Part of the license is "no
redistribution" which is why the package downloads it. Yes, it is
silly. Worse yet is that I pointed out this would be a problem again
early in the bug, but it was still fixed in a way where it fails wrong.
Sigh... A deb from Jaunty should work as well, and no I do not think
this is acceptable.
