Sorry for bad English.
The same thing happened to me. 
 I've found thread http://ubuntuforums.org/archive/index.php/t-1075776.html,it describes very similar  looking problem (files /etc/alternatives/iceape-flashplugin and /var/lib/dpkg/alternatives/iceape-flashplugin are missing).
I've created them by hands, but after running "sudo apt-get install -f gnash", this files gone.
