[Bug 398330] [NEW] Pressing Menu key does not bring up the spell checker

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Expected Results: When selecting a word that is misspelled with the
cursor in a textarea and pressing the Menu button, it should have the
same effect as right clicking on that word. (A normal right-click menu
is brought up, along with the various alternative spellings of the word)

Actual Results: No alternative spellings are present.
