[Bug 292559] Re: cannot update firefox 3 beta 5

This problem(firefox 3. to 3.5 update) is not like Ubuntu. Firefox has
created a mess. Turkeys like me have hell with sorry software. I wanted
to upgrade to get away frow the adobe plug in box that is always in the
way and causes me to get really P.O.   I should have waited for Ubuntu
to send the update down the pike to me, but the XXX adobe plug in box
was more than I could live with.  Situation is not critical as firefox
3.0x is still working (and the xxx plugin box). I've tried numerous
installs from searching to install but still nothing works.
