[Bug 395560] [NEW] firefox close affects all open browsers

Release Version: Ubuntu "Hardy Heron" 8.04.2

Firefox Version: Firefox 3.0.11+build2+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.8.04.1

Open several separate instances of the browser either on same desktop
screen or across multiple screens , then go to

File --> Quit

All instances of the browser closes not just the one you are opting to
close.

All other browsers should remain open until each one is closed
individually.

This does not happen if you close using the corner X, as only the one
you closes is affected.
