[Bug 323355] [NEW] StumbleUpon Tools/report this stumble greyed out

When viewing StumbleUpon Videos there is, in the toolbar,   Tools/report this stumble as,,,,,,,,
It's meant to report inapproopriate, wrongly labled linked etc videos
This in the tools list is greyed out for me and has a very tiny square, not ticked beside it.
