Old news and FUD.

Summery:  People want things not to change, and Linux is different, so 
people wont change.

Problem:  So is Vista.

The premise is accurate, and that is why Vista was such a resounding 
failure for so long.  But people are slowly adjusting...  The other 
problem is that they never looked outside there own limited experience...

I do hotel business center kiosks.  Many of them are castrated Windows 
installs so you can not do anything, and so they can charge.  People 
expect them to be wrong.  With all my kiosks (Ubuntu based) I have 
received zero support calls.  Seriously, none...  And the hotels love 
them, and keep asking for more.  One was for the employees.  That did 
generate a call...  It seems that one (and only one) of the "DVDs" used 
for training is actually a program...  Funny that.
