I'm having the same problem, however, I don't have any extensions
enabled. The only item listed under "extensions" is "Ubuntu Firefox
Modifications 0.6" and when I disable it, I still am encountering the
problem.

The issue is that I can't get to any other window unless I quit
firefox-- using alt and/or control shortcuts doesn't work. There are no
top or bottom panels at all (and I don't have them set to auto-hide
either). I can switch between workspaces, though.

Let me know if you need any other information-- I'm looking forward to
resolving this.
