It still happens in 8.10, but it also happens in some other programs,
like OOO, so I think this might be more of a compiz bug.

  The title bar on Firefox sticks sometimes. But minimizing and then
  expanding it seems to get it unstuck. I'm running Ubuntu 8.04 with
