[Bug 318680] [NEW] Firefox Frame Missing

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

I am using Ubuntu 8.10 on a Dell Inspiron 6400 lap top.

Firefox was working fine.  Unexpectedly, frame around firefox is now
missing.  Cannot minimise firefox and cannot see ubuntu application bar
at bottom of screen.

All other applications ok - no problems with frame.
