Public bug reported:

When running thummer with apache2, using gnome-web-photo to generate the
website snapshot images fails.

Looks like gnome-web-photo crashes, and this is related to the xulrunner
bug #251597 where: "The SIGSEGV stems from the fact that Apache runs
processes with an empty $HOME and at no point in time does xulrunner
check that $HOME is non-empty.".
