I don't think that it is a fix, since like mentioned in here
(https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=196852#c5), the source of
the problem is in the Linux resolver. Therefore, if Firefox doesn't
bypass the resolver, this bug won't be fixed.

P.S
I don't really know what that code those, but as far as I understand, it doesn't bypass the resolver...
