[Bug 314513] [NEW] mac4lin incompatibities with firefox

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

After implementing mac4lin there appears incompatibilities with Firefox.
1. Firefox window appears without maximize/minimize/exit buttons (strangely windows opened within firefox, eg Tools/Add-ons, have these buttons)
2. Attempts to update themes etc, in Firefox, with mac4lin items are rejected as not compatible with firefox 3.0.5 whereas the mac4lin documentation states that firefox 3.0.x versions should work. 

This is not critical or system-breaking, I'm just puzzled. I emailed the
details to vincent at vinnl.nl who is one of the mac4lin gurus and he
didn't think I'd done anything badly wrong.

System is running ubuntu 8.10 (64 bit version) and is up to date.
