  I typed the URL form like that :
    URL : http://
  After that, suggest URL box was showed.
  But I don't want to look suggest URL box so I pressed ESC.
- After that, suggest URL box was hided.
- But URL form was
+ After that, suggest URL box was hidden.
+ But after that URL form was
     URL : http:///
+ 
+ Notice that an additional '/' was added to what I'd typed.

  WORKAROUND:
  When the drop-down suggestions appear, ignore them and continue typing. I found this when I was not paying attention and did not notice the suggestions in time to stop.
