with Video card giving
lspci | grep VGA
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: VIA Technologies, Inc. Chrome9 HC IGP (rev 01)

Going to this page:

http://www.luuonline.com/elections/candidatemanifestos.php

seems to restart Xorg.  In fedora it only crashes Firefox.
