[Bug 334163] [NEW] Evolution can't automatically add a downloaded .ics file

Evolution won't import a .ics calendar file straight from Firefox, you
need to save it first, then import it (hassle). I'd like to be able to
tell Firefox to open my .ics with Evolution and have it automatically
added (it can prompt for details).
