[Bug 331707] [NEW] The arrow button should be aside the "Back" button, not the "Forth" one

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

That arrown ("v") allows to jump back to a visited URL.
The arrow aside the "Forth" button ("->") should allow to undo the jump backs.
As of now the arrow is aside the "Forth" button but allows the jump back.
In my opinion this is confusing, incoherent and, at most, makes little sense.
