In this bugs case it is invalid because we have no helpful information.
We need the crash file when it crashes there should be a crash file in
/var/crash. When you are able to reproduce this crash please check the dir.
The only other info we could use is a real back trace. the only issue is
i havent had a chance to look and write up instructions to do it for
thunderbird.
Are you sure its a crash? Is Thunderbird crashing or closing unexpectedly?
Please file a new bug report with the info we need. You can join us in
#ubuntu-mozillateam on irc.freenode.net or email us at:
ubuntu-mozillateam at lists.ubuntu.com
To ask us what files you need to install from the debugging repos, one
of us should be able to answer that.
