I finally solved creating a new profile from the scratch and than copying all the setting and bookmarks.
Bookmarks and saved password can be copied easily, the other setting can be set in few minutes.
In my case the problem seemed to be in the places.sqlite file but anything solved the problem but using a completely new profile.
