Same problem here. Started a few days ago (correlated with no relevant
changes that I can recall). Happens every time I switch to another
window or workspace: the window expands so that the menu and status bars
are where the top/bottom GNOME panels should be and the title bar isn't
visible. Pressing F11 (View->Full Screen) twice fixes it.

This is *very annoying*. Please let me know anything I can do to help
fix this.
