Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: thunderbird
Am not a computer expert and this may not be a true bug but it is for me!! In Thunderbird I made a typo and entered the wrong SMTP user name. Can find NO way to correct the error so can't send mail. Under "Tools" expected to find "Account Settings" to enable me to correct problem but "Account Settings" never appeared. Uninstalling and reinstalling Tbird didn't help so I'm out of ideas.
You probably have this info but am running the latest version of Tbird and Ubuntu 9.4 after upgrading to 9.10 caused a rash of difficulties!
EmailifI can help..........
Darrell
