[Bug 493530] [NEW] no application selector when opening an undefined attachement

Binary package hint: thunderbird

Whatever the unknown mime type an attachement has, Thunderbird should provide an application selector in order to:
1. open the attachement for this time
2. teach Thunderbird what it will use the next time for opening the attachement.
