Dear Micah,

after many attempts and many many Google searches, I've found out that
"random" freezes were caused by my Nvidia driver version. I've solved this
problem by updating nVidia driver from 180.xx to 185.18.14. Anyway using
versions older than 180.xx I've had no problems.
