I think i am going to wait for 1.0 however it would be nice if someone filed this bug with Mozilla on:

Please run the following command than attach the file it produces:
strace -Ff thunderbird 2>&1 | tee strace-thunderbird.log
Im not sure if that will work with running lightning in place of thunderbird.


I personally am unable to reproduce a crash with thunderbird+lightning
I just finished 0.9.....ubuntu3 it just hasnt been uploaded yet and i doubt it will fix your problem
