We have a ton of our own patches if you run the following commands you will see how many and what they are.
Do not use sudo or su for any of the commands.
This will change depending on what version of firefox you are looking at but once you get to where the /debian/ dir is its the same.

Its only mostly feature requests that we make upstream patch as well as
major code modifications that will support more than just us. Int he bug
you gave here i explained why in enough detail that it should be
understood. As for why we dont have docs explaining this is because
there is not set standard on what we will apply ourself as in way of
patches other than the above. Upstream may already have bugs on our bugs
and if so its them that we let apply. We patch mainly bugs that apply to
only us.

1. mkdir firefox
2. apt-get source firefox
3. cd firefox/firefox<tab>/debian/patches
4. ls

You will see list of patches plus a series file. series is a list of the
patches that are applied (if not all there will be # lines.

** Package changed: firefox (Ubuntu) => firefox-3.5 (Ubuntu)
