[Bug 411158] [NEW] Page up and down and arrow keys have stopped working

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

The navigation keys work on all other apps.  But on Firefox they have
suddenly stopped working. Hitting Page Down merely flashes but does not
move down on page.  Up and down arrow keys move up to top of page and or
down to bottom on one click.

This just developed today.  They have worked in the past.  The mouse
wheel continues to work normally.
