[Bug 410880] [NEW] Firefox attempts to download .php4 file instead of processing it

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

I expected to be logged in to the site

Firefox attempted to download a file called members.php4
 
1. Start Firefox and navigate to http://www.instacert.com/
2. Click the "Current Students and Administrators Login Here" link
3. Click the "CLEP and Dantes Students' Login" link
4. Enter login credentials and click Log In

*** A pop-up dialog appears stating: "You have chosen to open
members.php4" What should Firefox do with this file? Open with... or
Save File...
