I think I may have at least pin point the problem on my systems. On both
my desktop and laptop#2, the shockwave flash are both version 10.0 r22,
and they both worked. Whereas, my laptop#1, the shockwave flash is
version 9, and it doesn't work. I tried updating the shockwave flash to
10.0 r22 on laptop#1, but somehow it's still not working.

If you or anyone knows how to, please let me know. Thanks is advance.
