[Bug 409247] [NEW] Firefox: Following update to 3.0.13 and restart it redirects to 404 file not found.

On restart it opens a tab which is supposed to confirm upgrade and show whats new.
But I get this.

Which is a dead link.
Same with previous upgrade to 3.0.12
