[Bug 407573] [NEW] Full Screen Flash Not Working

Public bug reported:

When attempting to view full screen flash video (YouTube, etc.) in
Firefox, the full screen window appears, then immediately closes.  It
appears that it is working, but that something is causing the window to
close immediately after opening.
