i didnt mean to remove it from the ubufox extension. anyway. we actually
should move the ask.com searchplugin to firefox-3.0 package again as we
also edit a few others there.

In the end its a firefox bug that it reenables searchplugins on upgrade
that are shipped by extensions. Lets use this bug to track that.
