[Bug 364707] [NEW] Firefox won't resize/seizes entire desktop, no controls.

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Upon opening Firefox web browser my desktop panels are hidden behind
browser. There is no --[]X on top right of browser, and the only way to
do anything else is to quit Firefox completely, and the only way to
access the "quit" option is through the File option at the top left
panel of Firefox web browser window.
