This is the list of my addons:

Extensions: Firebug 1.3.3, FlashGot 1.1.8.5, Mouse Gestures Redox 2.0.3,
Ubuntu Firefox Modifications 0.6, WikiLook 1.3.7

Plug-ins: Default Plugin, Demo Print Plugin for unix/linux, DivX Browser
Plug-In (mplayerplug-in 3.55), DivX Browser Plug-In (Gecko Media Player
0.7.0), DivX Web Player, gecko-mediaplayer 0.7.0, Java(TM) Plug-in
1.6.0_10-b33, mplayerplug-in 3.55, OpenOffice.org Plug-in, QuickTime
Plug-in 7.2.0 (Totem), QuickTime Plug-in 7.4.5 (mplayer), QuickTime
Plug-in 7.4.5 (Gecko), RealPlayer 9 (mplayer), RealPlayer 9 (Gecko),
Shockwave Flash, Totem Web Browser Plugin 2.24.3, Windows Media Player
Plug-in (mplayer), Windows Media Player Plug-in (Gecko), Windows Media
Player Plug-in 10

I disabled all of them and the bug still occurs.

I also run firefox in safe mode (firefox --safe-mode) without checking
any checkboxes in the window that appears after issuing the command, but
the bug is still there.

What seems interesting is that the bug occurs every time on the
Bookmarks menu but not always with the File menu.

Compiz was disabled during the above tests (System=>Preferences=>Visual
effects=>None)
