Just wanted to echo that I've had this problem as well, using the Glossy
theme.

Further, and I don't know if this is related, I've had a similar problem
occur in Nautilus, where right-clicks sometimes activate one of the menu
items immediately, sometimes even before the menu has completely
appeared.

Going into the Mouse Preferences panel and right-clicking the light-bulb
sometimes seems to show an instant double-click.
