[Bug 355793] [NEW] Firefox won't display pages correctly

After doing a fresh install to the 9.04 beta, I've noticed that many
pages in firefox don't display correctly anymore.

I uploaded a bunch of before and after pictures. You can view them at
http://wikicomphelp.com/maps/photos/

Also, if you look at the scroll bar, the arrows have moved down to the
bottom like on a mac.
