Setting as invalid as it installs fine on my machine, Intrepid 8.10.
Please reopen it though if you can still reproduce it.

First do sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list and make sure the following is
in there:

deb http://ddebs.ubuntu.com intrepid main universe
deb http://ddebs.ubuntu.com intrepid-updates main universe
deb http://ddebs.ubuntu.com intrepid-proposed main universe
deb http://ddebs.ubuntu.com intrepid-security main universe

** Changed in: soyuz
       Status: New => Invalid
