[Bug 352995] [NEW] transition package name firefox-3.1 to firefox-3.5 (reversioned upstream) for jaunty

Binary package hint: firefox-3.1

we should fix the package names for jaunty still; i am ok with uploading
a b4pre snapshot as it will become final before jaunty release according
to https://wiki.mozilla.org/Releases/Firefox_3.5b4; also the snapshot
will fix the security issues fixed in 3.0.8.
