[Bug 276289] [NEW] cannot initial download of file from SourceForge.net

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

When I go to SourceForge.net and attempt to down load a file package, a
very small window (5pxx10px, maybe) appears. When I expand the window,
it says Firefox, but it is blank, and I am unable to save the file.
