[Bug 275835] [NEW] [Intrepid] Apt-get doesn't keep installed development packages

Public bug reported:

I was testing today a nightly (29 september one) in a virtual box
machine. After installing, I wanted to see if I can easily built
Shiretoko (Firefox 3.1) source code.

To do so, I typed in a terminal :

sudo apt-get build-dep firefox

And all packages were installed. But later, as I wanted to install
firefox-dev packages, apt-get told me that the previous packages were
unused and could be removed using autoremove option.

Sorry if it is an already known bug.
