[Bug 274215] [NEW] Website causes firefox to stop responding

When opening this site:

Firefox opens the site with no problem, but it hangs after approximately
one minute if I left the website open (The CPU indicator shows 97%). The
problem is repeatable on my machine (Ubuntu Hardy 8.04).

The build version is firefox 3.0.1 + build1 + nobinonly +
0ubuntu0.8.04.3
