[Bug 273307] [NEW] problem with sunbird (0.8) locale es-es and es-ar

Public bug reported:

my primary language is spanish, so i want to install the package
sunbird-locale-es-ar (Argentina spanish variation) or sunbird-locale-es-
es but when this package is installed i have the next error when i want
to open sunbird:

The error say : XML parser error: undefined entity

Error de parseo XML: entidad indefinida
