[Bug 272385] [NEW] close tab icon is blurred

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

The orange cross icon next to the "Close Tab" option in the tab right
click menu is blurred. It seems to use the wrong resolution icon.

I'm running an updated intrepid with the Human theme.

I'm not sure how to get a screenshot of this, but I hope someone can
easily reproduce the problem.
