This is because hardy version 10.0.1.218+10.0.0.525ubuntu1~hardy1 still installs flash 9 :(
I will change the description

** Summary changed:

- 10.0.1, but flash says "You need 9.0.45 or higher"
+ hardy backport version of flash10 installsh flash9

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: flashplugin-nonfree

- This may be a bug in the LastFM flash widget, maybe someone can confirm
- that: I have flashplugin-nonfree 10.0.1.218+10.0.0.525ubuntu1~hardy1
- but on the "Listen" sidebar widget on http://blog.teledyn.com I get the
- message, "You need Flash Version 9.0.45 or above. Upgrade now"
+ Flash player 10 from hardy backport repository still installs flash 9.
+ version 10.0.1.218+10.0.0.525ubuntu1~hardy1

- this worked fine with the previous flashplugin-free
+ look at the postinst script, line 69
